Western Horsemanship Weekends
January 7 & 8, 2011
January 28 & 29, 2011
February 25 & 26, 2011
Real cowboys and cowgirls ride their horses across streams, up steep slopes, into shaded draws and through all kinds of weather to rescue the wayward maverick. To them, it’s all in a day’s work. Kristen Snavely will teach you what it takes to do that work. You’ll learn to trust and understand your horse and have your horse trust you back. Whether you are a beginner or hardened top trail hand, you’ll feel the edgy thrill that drives cowpokes to drive cattle. All riding levels are welcomed in, but only real cowboys and cowgirls will check out from Triple Creek Ranch after their Western Horsemanship Weekend.
Stay in a luxurious cabin, from $750 per night, per couple.*

Cooking School Weekends
January 14 & 15, 2011 and February 18 & 19, 2011
Our Executive Chef and culinary team will teach you the basics of stock preparation, sauces and dressings with hands-on, in-the-kitchen tutelage. Our Pastry Chef will guide you through dessert preparation, and our wine expert will assist you with your wine pairing. Combine fine dining and luxury accommodations with an exclusive culinary opportunity. Stay the night in a luxurious cabin, from $750 per couple, per night.* Includes: morning and afternoon cooking sessions, plus lunch, dinner and departure day breakfast in our elegant dining room.

Nature and Birding Weekends
January 21 & 22, 2011 and February 25 & 26, 2011
The Bitterroot Valley offers some of North America’s best winter birding. With the help of our sharp-eyed
guides, search for the 250 species known to visit the valley while you take in the backdrop of spectacular mountain scenery. Watch a peregrine falcon swoop from the sky at 150 miles per hour as one of our local falconers shows off her prize bird. Visit Lee Metcalf Wildlife Refuge to see migratory ducks, geese and swans, then move on to the CB Ranch to watch eagles and hawks soar through Montana’s big sky. Also look for majestic bull elk, moose, mule deer, big horn sheep, antelope, an occasional shy wolf and the track of a silent mountain lion.
Rates from $750 per night, per couple.*
