Potato chip cookies

1 cup Crisco1 cup white sugar1 cup brown sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla6oz white chocolate chips2 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp baking soda2 cups potato chips, coarsely crushed
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Cream together the Crisco and sugars, then add the eggs and vanilla, and beat well. Stir in the crushed potato chips and white chocolate chips.
3. Sift together the flour and baking soda, then stir into the creamed mixture.
4. Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 mins.
