If a fun, festive feasting experience is what you’re looking for this winter, The Resort at Paws Up has the answer!

Proud to present their first annual WinterFest Culinary Weekend this coming January 2016, the three-and-a-half-day fiesta will play host to fabulous food, winter-themed feasts, Montana-sized outdoor adventures, intimate cooking classes with special guest chefs and wine tastings curated by a Master Sommelier.

Come hungry! The main events are the nightly multi-course dinners, each put on by a different guest chef, each designed to highlight the hearty foods and robust flavors of winter.

Thirsty for more? In addition to nightly wine pairings selected by Master Sommelier Chuck Furuya, Big Creek Roasters will be providing a variety of different coffees and Montgomery Distillery will be sharing their extra smooth, Montana-made Quicksilver Vodka.

Hungry for Adventure?

You can choose to stay inside where it’s warm and learn new skills from the Masters, or venture out into the snow-covered scenery and work up an appetite. Try your hand at dogsledding, snow tubing or even a triathlon! Or why not take in spectacular snow- covered mountain sceneries on cross-country skis or horseback, or take a snowmobile tour. Space is limited so reserve your spot today!

Hungry for Knowledge?

Every day there’s something new to learn. Take a cooking class with Paws Up’s Chef Ben Jones, attend an intimate cooking demo with our featured chefs, learn how to brew the perfect cup of coffee with Big Creek Coffee Roasters, or take in a wine seminar with Master Sommelier Chuck Furuya.

A taste of the classes: • Sauces and Dressings by Chef Ben Jones
 • Savory and Sweet demo
